argues that the domestic water supply should be subject to a fee and requires Agbar restore service to a neighbor and n'anul • the debt.

is a sentence which will queue. The owner of the 12 administrative court has given Barcelona the reason partly to a neighbor in Barcelona because he believes that he has applied a "private fee illegal" and demanded the Sociedad General de Aguas (Agbar) that restore the water supply at home "immediately" in addition to debt cancellation • 6597 euro up that required the company, which also condemns to compensate damages caused by the subscriber.
In the ruling, broadcast yesterday, Judge Edward Paricio Rallo argues that "under general tax law, there can be no doubt that a service such as domestic water supply service is subject to a levy, and therefore application of the rules of the fees. " And he adds: "Because it is a price that has been handled as a private fee, we conclude that the price of Sociedad General de Aguas charges in consideration of the service provided to citizens by illegal", and it accepts the appeal of the subscriber, who cut off the service in March 2009. In addition, Judge fixed Agbar and the Metropolitan Water Services will have to pay compensation, calculated on the cost of renting the flat where he had to flee with his family. The judge explained that the taxes included in the receiving water, the water rates fixed by the Government and the sewer-rate "are not affected by the illegality of the fee." It cancels the service fee and the VAT is on this tour, but not the associated taxes.

The sentence is not firm Agbar
A spokesman said yesterday that the ruling is "not strong" and that the legal services company present study is a resource. If this resolution thrives, however, could create a precedent which could accommodate more subscribers. In the ruling, for example, exhibited in 2006 Agbar requested the closure of the 3571 Metropolitan supplies for non-payment.
