Valencia, April 27 (EFE) .- The Independent Trade Union of Employees (CSI ° F) has asked the Ministry of Justice to halt the implementation of the New Judicial Office (NOJ) due to the "ineffectiveness", which he says has shown initiative in Burgos and Murcia which was introduced as a pilot.
As reported by the union in a statement during its first months of operation, the NOJ is causing delays and increased bureaucracy by including several officials in the processes previously managed only one.
Therefore, the union believes that the problem of the new system is that it "eliminates the official exercising supervision over each file, although this is the person who best knows the process."
New Office in the Judicial custody of the record does not lie with a single employee, but are allocated to each party responsible for the processing, according to CSI · F.
The increase in paperwork caused injury to citizens by the expansion of judicial affairs and the backlog of records.
The constant complaints from judges, prosecutors and lawyers confirm the ineffectiveness of this new scheme, which already warned the CSI · F before the implementation of this method of work, added the sources.
The trade union has said that officials from the Ministry of Justice met, when they designed this new office, with different social partners but not with the officials do their work every day in court.
"Despite being the most knowledgeable of the system were not consulted," noted the union, so now requests the Ministry of Justice to abolish the implementation of the New Judicial Office for "further the system collapse." EFE
