In the session that begins today in Madrid, will be prosecuted to 30 multinational companies, one third of whom are English companies. Among the English defendants are: BBVA, Aguas de Barcelona , Pescanova, Telefónica, Unión Fenosa, Gas Natural, Canal de Isabel II, Repsol, Endesa and BBV. Likewise, multinationals such as Nestle, Goldcorp and Thyssen Krupp will also be in the dock.

The decision of the Permanent Peoples' Tribunal is independent of the party urges in this case the Network Linking Alternatives, as noted by the renowned jurist Perfecto Andrés Ibáñez.
