The Mexican company Aguas de Saltillo, a subsidiary of the English Aguas de Barcelona (owned by France's Suez) will be accused before the "Tribunal Permanente de los Pueblos" in Madrid, over-exploited aquifers, deteriorate the quality of drinking water in poor condition and maintain the distribution network.
